During the weekend of 24-26 May 2014, Exmouth Rowing Club will be attempting a Million Meter Challenge row to raise money for both our Club and Exmouth Lifeboat.
The aim is to row 1,000,000 meters over the weekend. Our target is to raise £6000.

To members:
We ask that you commit to rowing as far as you can in order to get as much sponsorship as possible – several members have already committed to rowing over 50000m. If you feel that you cannot row that far ANY CONTRIBUTION to the total would be welcomed.

To our supporters
Please support our attempts by generously sponsoring our rowers. The money raised will go to replacing our aging Concept 2 rowing machines and also provide an always welcome and much needed donation to the Exmouth Lifeboat.

During the event there will be 3 rowing stations – one at the clubhouse, one at the lifeboat station and one near the Bath House pub in order to maximise donations to charity buckets.

Click the Just Giving webpage link below for donations, or speak directly to one of our rowers.

The event organiser is Tony Atkinson who can be contacted on 07979 966818 or by email at tony.atkinson850@gmail.com
